Lynsted Park

Full access scaffolding was erected to the entire building to facilitate external painting and decorating works by K S Painting and Decorating. The scaffold provided safe, continuous access to all elevations, including the installation of dedicated access to four chimney stacks to allow for full preparation and finishing at high level. The structure was designed to ensure efficient workflow across the project, enabling all external areas to be completed safely and to a high standard.

Loose Valley Care Home

Works at Loose Valley Care Home were carried out to support roofing works by Sittibuilders. The project involved the installation of scaffolding with a temporary roof covering to protect the building while roof leaks were repaired and the existing roof tiles were fully replaced, providing safe access and weather protection during the works.

St John the Baptist Church, Dartford

Works at St John the Baptist Church were carried out to facilitate stone repair and restoration works by PAYE Stonework & Restoration. The project involved the erection of a full scaffold structure to the church tower, providing safe access to allow specialist repairs and restoration to the historic stonework.

Co-op Cuxton

Repairs at the Co-op Food Cuxton were carried out on behalf of Central Roofing to facilitate major roof repair works. The project involved the installation of a full scaffold structure with a temporary roof covering, providing weather protection and safe access so that the roof repairs could be undertaken while keeping the building protected from the elements.

Teynham Primary School

Works at Teynham Parochial Church of England Primary School in Teynham on behalf of WW Martin, involved the construction of a new two-storey school building to replace the outdated existing facilities.


Swale House Council Offices

Works at Swale House were carried out by Waller Building and Glazing Services as part of an energy-efficiency refurbishment of the council offices. The project involved the removal of existing windows and doors and the installation of new energy-efficient double-glazed aluminium units, together with soffit insulation works, improving the building’s thermal performance and modernising its external appearance.
